I will say this for my own name, having lived with it for the last 40 years: Over the course of my lifetime, I have met maybe a handful of other Belindas, spread out over decades. It's unique--at least so far. You do have to spell it for people a lot, for some reason, but if you live where you will come into contact with Spanish or Italian-speaking people, you will never hear a lovelier sound than that of your own name. The only word that this name even halfway lends itself to for playground mockery is "blender," which has limited comedic potential, so it's a safe bet on that criteria.
